My main focus when I finished the programme was to get more experience in events and in marketing, in order to be able to expand my business by having better experience in the field myself.
Student Inc. Programme Highlights
My main highlight was the interactive workshops. They really helped me with my presentation skills, which helped grow my confidence when interacting with people and talking about my business.

No.
What connections did you make on the programme?
The people in the Tom Crean Centre, all of the trainers and the students from CIT and UCC.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of applying to Student Inc.?
Go for it! Its the best way to get started on your business idea and it really pushes you to take the next step! The programme afforded me the opportunity to partake alongside other students in the creation and development of my idea as well as building my confidence and improving my skills set. As a result, I am now employed in the events industry and using the skills gained from the programme in my everyday work.
